I will respect and protect your confidentiality. I will protect your sensitive information and comply with relevant legislation. I will only collect data for the purpose of running a psychotherapy service and data collected will be limited to the minimum required by regulators and my insurers, such as your name, date of birth, address and mental health history. I will only share your data if required by law or in the interest of your ongoing care, for instance for onward referral; your data will only be shared with other professionals. Your data will be stored in line with GDPR regulations. 

You have the right to request the data I hold about you. You have the right to request that I delete the data that I hold about you.
